Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken with Cajun seasoning. Grilled at 220C for 18 minutes. Broccoli coated in light olive dressing, mini tomatoes.

Those of you who know me will understand how much I love food. Not only do I love eating food, I also love cooking it and taking pictures of it! 2 years ago I lost close to 20 kilos and have managed to keep it off. Unfortunately, my love for cooking dwindled once I realised I couldn't eat most of what I was cooking, especially as the children don't like it anyway. Recently I have rekindled my desire to cook and decided to create this blog to share with you my meager meals and the recipes. No recipe turns out the same everytime because I always adjust it to what is in my fridge/freezer at the time. The photos are not professional so don't make the food look as scrumptious as it really is, but trust me - it was all delicious! I hope you enjoy looking at the food and making it too! If you are in the area come over for a meal and I will make you some.
